Consultation Fees

Where consultation fees apply, these are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

Reservation Fees

Reservation fees secure your chosen property or plot for the agreed reservation period. Reservation fees may be refundable only where stated within your Reservation Agreement.

Land Purchases

Land purchases are governed by individual Purchase Agreements.

Refund requests will be assessed according to the terms outlined within the signed agreement.

Construction Services

Where construction has commenced, refunds cannot be provided for completed works, purchased materials, or services already delivered.
